WELCOME Tribal Hills Mountain Resort lies to the western end of the well-known beach town of Puerto Galera nestled between Mt. Malasimbo and the South China Sea. It sits on a hilltop 60m above sea level but still, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our 15 rooms have sweeping panoramic views of Mt. Malasimbo and the surrounding peaks, foothills, and valleys rolling down to the white sand beaches.
A lot of attention was given to our spacious rooms. Big, comfy beds with pull-outs conveniently tucked away for extra guests. Though each room has air conditioning, we recommend doing without as the mountain breeze is sure to be more than enough to cool you. Some rooms have kitchens while the Penthouse suite is a whole fitted out condominium. The terrace is a great spot for reading, relaxing or taking a nap in the afternoon.
The pool is right outside your doorstep where you can soak up the sun or visit our Treetops restaurant which offers local and international dishes. The freshly caught fish and seafood of the season are especially favored.
We have recently increased the capacity of our restaurant and as a result, we are now able to host small functions, weddings, and parties with a little notice.
Room service and free wi-fi are available and we have recently built a small archery range for those who want to practice being Katniss Everdeen or Robin Hood. You can come for a beach weekend getaway or a mellow retreat. A trek up the river to the roaring Aninuan falls is a great invigorator or even cooler are parasailing and scuba diving on nearby White Beach. Almost every night there is something going on down at White Beach, live music, dancing, and great food will meet you every time. Of course, Tribal Hills will be there when you want to turn in for a more relaxing evening.

Standard Room
Description
This is probably the largest ‘Standard’ room you’ll ever see. All six rooms we have in this category are large and comfortably furnished with locally handcrafted furniture. There is a large double bed with a pull-out tucked under each for any extra guests. Each room has a terrace with panoramic mountain views of Mt. Malasimbo and the ensuite bathroom has hot and cold water. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and cable TV.

Our basic rate is Php 4,350 per night for two pax sharing.
With an extra Php 700 per night for each additional person.

Double Deluxe
Description
Even bigger and more sumptuously fitted out than the Standard room, we have five Deluxe Double rooms similarly furnished with locally made, handcrafted furniture and built-in cabinets. Panoramic glazing opens onto a large private terrace overseeing Mt. Malasimbo with some rooms overlooking the beaches of Talipanan and the South China Sea. There is a luxurious ensuite bathroom with hot and cold shower, personal refrigerator, air conditioning, and cable TV. All efforts toward your comfort and privacy during your stay are ensured.

Deluxe Suite
Description
As with the Deluxe Doubles, these suites are large and furnished with locally made, handcrafted furniture and built-in cabinets. Each room enjoys a luxury ensuite bathroom with hot and cold shower, air conditioning, cable TV for your comfort and privacy during your stay. Contained within the suite but separate to the living area is a fully fitted kitchen.
The major attraction of the Suites are the huge private terraces of up to 40m2 accessed through fully glazed patio doors and which provide breathtaking views over Mt. Malasimbo, Ponderosa, the South China Sea and the Verde Island Passage.

Penthouse Suite
Description
The Tribal Hills Penthouse Suite occupies the entire 4th floor of the resort. It offers a large well appointed double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a generous lounge and dining area as well as a fully fitted kitchen.
Panoramic glazed double doors bring the outside into the inside. A 270° ‘wrap around’ terrace give astonishing views over both the South China Sea and Mt. Malasimbo and its neighboring mountains.
